All jewellery is handcrafted in our studio. Some items are ready to ship, while others are made to order. Please check each product page for specific details.
We reserve the right to update or discontinue items, adjust pricing, and correct errors at any time. If we need to cancel an order for any reason, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
2. Shipping
We ship from Tel Aviv.
- Domestic shipping: ₪35 standard / ₪55 express
- International shipping: $20 standard / $40 express
Standard shipping includes tracking. Express shipments are typically sent via DHL or a similar courier. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs. Any import taxes, duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
3. Returns & Repairs
Since every piece is handmade, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or there’s been an error with your order.
If something isn't right, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We want you to be happy with your piece and will always do our best to find a solution.
4. Intellectual Property
All images, product designs, text, and artwork on this website are the property of the artist and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for damages related to the use of this website, delays in shipping, or links to external sites.
