All our jewellery is handcrafted with care, and each piece is carefully packed to ensure it reaches you safely. Below you'll find information on shipping timelines, delivery methods, and how we handle returns and repairs.

Processing Time
Some pieces are ready to ship, while others are made to order.
Please refer to each product listing for estimated production time.
In-stock items: Typically dispatched within 3–5 business days.
Made-to-order items: Generally require 14-21 business days to produce, depending on complexity.
If you need your piece by a specific date, feel free to contact us before placing your order - we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship from Tel Aviv and offer both domestic and international delivery.
All parcels are shipped with tracking and are carefully packaged for protection.
Israel:
In studio pickup - Free.
Standard (4-6 business days) - ₪35 (approx. €8)
Express Courier (up to 3 business days after dispatch) - ₪70 (approx. €17).
International:
Standard shipping (airmail with tracking, approx 7-21 days) - €20 
Express International (EMS approx. 3–7 business days)- €45
Shipping times are approximate and may be affected by customs clearance or public holidays.

Customs & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes.
These fees are determined by your country and are not included in our shipping charges.
Unfortunately, we cannot predict or cover these costs.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for details before ordering.

Please monitor your tracking information, as some customs offices may hold parcels until fees are paid.
If you receive a notification from the courier or post office, it's best to respond promptly to avoid delays or returns.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your parcel is shipped, it is in the hands of the postal or courier service.
While we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit, we’ll do everything we can to assist you in locating a delayed parcel.
If your tracking hasn’t updated or your parcel appears to be missing, please contact the courier or local post service directly with your tracking number.

Returns & Repairs
As each piece is handmade, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or we've made a mistake.
If something isn’t quite right, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order — we genuinely want you to love your jewellery.

If a piece breaks due to a fault in craftsmanship, we will gladly repair or replace it.
Normal wear and tear is part of the life of jewellery, but we’re always here to help you maintain your piece when needed.
